• Fixed/ Buffet Meals Will Be Provided At The Hotels
• Package Rates Are Subject To Change Without Prior Notice

A Few Of The Significant Specifics On The Tariff Of The Palace On Wheels Are As:

• A 10% Surcharge Is To Be Levied On All Christmas And New Year Departures (25th December And 1st January Respectively).
• GST Of On Bill Extra
• 10% Of The Tariff (without Beds) For Children Less Than 5 Years.
• 50% Of The Tariff For Children Between 5 And 12 Years.

NOTE : Any Cost Arising Due To Natural Calamities Like, Landslides, Road Blockage, Political Disturbances (strikes), Etc (to Be Borne By The Client, Which Is Directly Payable On The Spot).

CANCELLATION POLICY :

• Minimum Cancellation Is Rs. 1000.00 Per Head Per Tour.
• 60 - 45 Days Before Check In Date 25% Of The Package Amount.
• 45 - 30 Days Before Check In Date 50% Of The Package Amount.
• 30 - 15 Days Before Check In Date 70% Of The Package Amount.
• 15 - 7 Days Before Check In Date 100% Retention.
• No Refund Or Any Changes Will Be Accepted At Last Minute For Tour Starting Or After Starting Or Middle Of The Tour.
• Above Are The Cancellation Rules But We Will Put Our Best Possible Effort To Waive/minimize The Cancellation Charge
