1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Holiday Selfie's services, you must accept the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions of Holiday Selfie, then you are requested please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to approval and confirmation.
Prices are not confirmed until your booking is confirmed.
Your booking will be confirmed after successful payment.
You must provide correct information for all travellers.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
All prices will be in INR.
Additional charges may apply for currency conversion as applicable.

4. Cancellation Policy

If discontinuation of the package is made 30 days or more before the date of journey, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation service fees.
If discontinuation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation service fees.
If discontinuation is made within 15 days before the date of journey, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation service fees.
In the condition of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other restrictions that is not in hand of human control the trips may be cancelled. In such cases, another option will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

5. Travel Documents

Travelers are requested to carry a valid Government ID such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, or Voter ID. Holiday Selfie will not be responsible for denied entry due to invalid documentation.

6. Liability

Holiday Selfie acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party services. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
