50% cancellation fee if cancelled before 15 days prior to check in.
100% cancellation fee if cancelled lesser than 15 days of check in.

If discontinuation of the package is made 30 days or more before the date of journey in such case 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation service fees.
If discontinuation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel in such case 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation service fees.
If discontinuation is made within 15 days before the date of journey in such case total booking cost will be charged as cancellation service fees.
In the condition of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other restrictions that is not in hand of human control the trips may be cancelled . In such cases, another options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

All packages are extendable on pro-rate basis as quoted at the time of Reservation only or subject to availability.
No refund will be provided for short stay or un utilized facilities.

Children between 0 to 5 years-complimentary.
Children between 5-12 years will be charged as mentioned above per child per day with an extra bed sharing parent’s room inclusive of package meals & taxes.

After successful booking the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email under 24 hours.
If the preferred slots are unavailable, an substitute schedule of the customer's preference will be arranged and a new confirmation will be sent via email.
On the other hand, the customer may choose to withdraw their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Firstly, you have to pay the token amount of 2000/- after that hotel vouchers will be send to you via email or mobile no. within 24 hours.
After that you have to do the second payment within 48hrs. in which your 30% cost of the total package will be covered then driver details will be sent to you.
Then rest of the payment will be in parts during your journey.
